Three independent rates per card, each conditioned on the card having actually been available in that context (not on overall pick count), so they're directly comparable across cards with very different appearance frequencies:

Play rate given in hand: turns played / turns the card sat in hand, pooled over a fresh 300-trial-per-starter full-playthrough batch (ceiling-mode combat, real deck evolution via shop/rewards/events -- see run_simulator.py).
Reward selection rate: picks / times offered as one of a post-battle reward's two card candidates (source: reports/data/runs.ndjson, n=2700 runs).
Shop buy rate: purchases / times appeared in shop stock (same source).
